Thiết lập chất đối chiếu nhóm alcaloid từ lá đu đủ (Carica papaya L., Caricaceae)

To establish reference substances for quality control of medicinal papaya leaves and related products, some lkaloids of the leaves of papaya (Carica papaya L.) were extracted, isolated and purified. The plant leaves collected in Dong Nai province were extracted with ethanol by liquid-liquid separation, vacuum column chromatography and other refining methods. Their structures were confirmed by HPLC, and spectrometically by IR, MS, NMR. As a result, 1000 mg of carpaine were obtained from chloroform fractions. The purity of the obtained carpaine attained 98.36 %, and as thus, enough for establishment of its reference substance.
